An Invitation to (Re)Discover K-Pop
K-Pop, short for Korean Pop, began to develop in the 1990s. The group Seo Taiji and Boys are often credited with introducing a Western-style pop music to South Korea, laying the foundation for what would become modern K-Pop.
However, the term "K-Pop" as we know it today began to be widely used in the 2000s, with the international export of groups like BIGBANG, Girls' Generation, and BTS contributing to popularizing the genre worldwide.
This year's event invites young artists to showcase their dance talents and passion for K-Pop.
An Explosion of Talent and Energy
Whether you're a K-Pop fan or simply love watching great dance performances, this event promises to delight everyone. Come and discover the talent and creativity of the artists, who will offer an incredible show that transcends cultural boundaries.
