A Night Where Laughter Runs Wild and Music Keeps the Beat

It's guaranteed to be a night of hilarious jokes, toe-tapping tunes and maybe even a few surprises that will make you question reality (or at least your sense of humour).

From law school to the laughter court: balancing justice with jokes!

Born and raised in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Izzaldin is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws degree at Brickfields Asia College in Kuala Lumpur.

At night, he dabbles in the KL's comedy scene, mainly improv and sketch comedy with notable venues such as Simply Comedy (formerly known as The Joke Factory), The Line Up and Kvlt List.

He has also done theatre work, most notably as Babina, the ugly stepsister in PJPAC's first ever production of Cinderella: A Musical Comedy. Kinabalu Komedi Klub will be his first foray into KK's very own comedy scene.

Ucupkun

Bringing laughter wherever he goes!

Ucupkun is considered one of the elder statesmen of the Sabahan comedy scene. He started his comedy journey in 2016, and has been an active comedian in Sabah and Kuala Lumpur ever since. He works as an educator and motivational speaker, but when the sun goes down, he is a comedian and entertainer.
He and a group of local comedians run SUB-G, a KK-based comedy collective with a line-up that boasts a plethora of talents ranging from comedy to puppetry and even magic. He has opened for well-known comics such as local comedy hero Mad Sabah.

Zul

From ice cream parlors to Parliament, Malaysia's comedy explorer!

Zul took up comedy during the difficult days of the pandemic. Living in isolation with his thoughts, he realised that therapy would be more expensive than comedy. Since then, he has pursued comedy for the sake of his wallet's mental health.

He has opened for Malaysia's very own Douglas Lim, Kavin Jay and even Joanne Kam! Comedy has taken him to many interesting places to perform such as an ice cream parlour, a new island in Penang and soon, the professional comedy ring, our Parliament (this is the part Zul wants you to laugh at).

From online trolling to live sketching and now stand-up, Zul aims to take Malaysia one ha-ha at a time, while his day job as a recruiter pays for his Chinese girlfriend's mahjong nights.
