GaiaOne's presence in Malaysia is consolidated with an expansion to Kota Kinabalu in January 2024, focusing on the development of new coral nurseries.

After 5 months of dedicated effort, the growth of the coral nurseries is a testament to GaiaOne's commitment and a great reason to celebrate.

You're invited to join in the festivities, which include conservation workshops, talks, meditation, yoga, games and a mural painting session inspired by the stunning natural landscapes of Borneo.

GaiaOne is a coral conservation and restoration project based in Bira (South Sulawesi, Indonesia) and Kota Kinabalu (Sabah, Malaysia).
They promote the growth of corals in marine nurseries before transferring them to existing reefs, thus maintaining their natural habitat.
