Medicinal Plants of North Borneo
Did you know that on the Island of Borneo and specifically here in Sabah we have medicinal plants used by different indigenous ethnic groups for the purpose of public health and to boost local economy?
Associate Prof Christophe Wlart of Institute of Tropical Biology and Conservation, UMS will be here on Thur 29 Feb 2024 to share his vast experience and knowledge on this subject.
The talk will cover different diseases treated, examples of plants used, their side effects and their therapeutic, cosmetic, and veterinary applications.
