Borneo Half Marathon

An exceptional occasion to promote health, unity and sports in Sabah

The Borneo Half Marathon (BHM) is a running event in Kota Kinabalu, known for its scenic 21km route through the city and along the coast.

The BHM is jointly organised by the Kota Kinabalu City Hall and the Kinabalu Running Club (KRC), a passionate group dedicated to promoting high calibre international marathons in Sabah.

The BHM offers two distance categories, 11km and 21km, and provides runners with a unique race experience on a different route from the Borneo Marathon, all within the vibrant city of Kota Kinabalu, flagging off at Padang Merdeka.

The BHM is organised to celebrate KK City Day. Funds raised from the event will be donated to various local NGOs and charities.

Registration

Online registration closed a few days ago.

However, last-minute registrations are still possible on a first-come, first-served basis at the Race Pack Collection on Friday 2 February and Saturday 3 February.
