Musical Legacy
The Kota Kinabalu Music Society was founded in 1973 with the mission of promoting classical music to the local community through concerts by local and visiting artists.
It has expanded its vision over the past decades to include an annual music festival over 25 years ago. In recent years, dance has been added to this annual festival.
These musical events have allowed many young talents to blossom, while allowing people from near and far to meet and form beautiful friendships.
Promoting high artistic standards has always been at the heart of the association.
We could not have done this without you.
Our continued existence after 50 years is a great success!
In 2023, we will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Kota Kinabalu Music Society.
We look forward to seeing you at our golden jubilee evening.

Please note that the dress code is black tie.
The venue will open at 6.30pm for a social cocktail and the concert will begin at 8pm.
